Terms of service
1. Terms & Conditions of Entry
Last updated: May 2026 | Version 1.0
1.1 About Us
The Sovereign Draw Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') is a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: [TO BE ADDED]. Company registration number: [TO BE ADDED]. Email: hello@thesovereigndraw.co.uk. Website: thesovereigndraw.co.uk.
We operate prize competitions under UK competition law. We are not a lottery and do not require a gambling licence. A free entry route is always available — see Section 7.
1.2 Eligibility
To enter any draw operated by The Sovereign Draw Ltd you must:
• Be aged 18 or over
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of The Sovereign Draw Ltd
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party without their explicit written consent
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements. No refund will be given where disqualification is due to ineligibility.
1.3 How to Enter
Tickets may be purchased via our website at thesovereigndraw.co.uk at the price stated for each individual draw. Each ticket is uniquely numbered and registered to the purchaser at the point of sale.
The maximum number of tickets per person per draw is stated on each draw page. Unless otherwise stated this is 20 tickets per person per draw. Draw 01 has a maximum of 1 ticket per person.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
1.4 The Draw
Each draw will close on the stated closing date and time, or when all available tickets have been sold — whichever occurs first.
The winner will be selected by certified random number generation. Every draw is conducted live, independently witnessed by a third party, and recorded in full.
The winning ticket number and winner's first name and county of residence will be published on our website and social media within 24 hours of the draw taking place.
The draw recording will be retained for a minimum of 12 months and is available to any entrant upon written request to hello@thesovereigndraw.co.uk.
1.5 If Not All Tickets Are Sold
The draw will always proceed on its stated closing date regardless of the number of tickets sold. We will never cancel a draw.
If the total ticket revenue generated does not cover the full value of the stated prize, the winner will be offered a cash alternative proportional to the total revenue collected, calculated as follows:
(Total tickets sold ÷ Total tickets available) × stated cash alternative value
Example: If a draw with a stated cash alternative of £8,000 has 2,500 of 5,000 tickets sold, the proportional cash alternative would be £4,000 (50% × £8,000).
The winner will be notified of their options privately and given 7 days to make their selection. Where a physical prize is involved and we are able to fund it from our own resources, we may at our sole discretion award the full physical prize.
1.6 Prizes & Cash Alternatives
Where a physical prize is offered, a cash alternative will always be stated. The winner may choose either the physical prize or the cash alternative at their sole discretion.
Physical prizes will be delivered to the winner's UK address, fully authenticated and insured in transit, within 28 days of the winner confirming their choice and providing delivery details.
Cash prizes and cash alternatives will be transferred to the winner's UK bank account within 5 working days of the winner confirming their bank details.
Prizes are non-negotiable and non-exchangeable (other than for the stated cash alternative), and cannot be deferred to a future draw.
1.7 Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by telephone and email using the details provided at point of purchase within 24 hours of the draw taking place.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of our first attempt, or if the winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within 14 days of being notified, we reserve the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
The winner consents to The Sovereign Draw Ltd publishing their first name and county of residence on our website and social media. No further personal details will be published without explicit written consent.
1.8 Free Entry Route
No purchase is necessary to enter any draw operated by The Sovereign Draw Ltd. A free postal entry route is available for every draw in compliance with UK competition law.
To enter for free, send a handwritten postcard or letter including: full name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and the draw name you wish to enter to:
The Sovereign Draw Ltd, [Address — TO BE ADDED], England
Postal entries must be received before the closing date of the draw. One postal entry per person per draw. Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as purchased entries. The Sovereign Draw Ltd accepts no responsibility for postal entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
1.9 Charity Donations
The Sovereign Draw Ltd donates a percentage of each draw's net profit to charity. The percentage is calculated as follows:
• 5% of net profit on draws generating under £5,000 net profit
• 7% of net profit on draws generating between £5,000 and £15,000 net profit
• 10% of net profit on draws generating over £15,000 net profit
Donations will be made within 30 days of each draw closing and receipts will be published publicly on our website and social media.
1.10 Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will use your data to administer your entry, contact you if you win, and — with your consent — send you marketing communications about future draws. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
1.11 Intellectual Property
All content on thesovereigndraw.co.uk including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of The Sovereign Draw Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
1.12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sovereign Draw Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in our draws, except where such loss or damage results from our negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory duty. Our total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the value of tickets purchased by that entrant in relation to the relevant draw.
1.13 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1.14 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in draws following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
