Purchase Options and Payment
1.1 All entries to our prize competitions must be paid for in Great Britain Pounds (GBP) using the approved payment methods listed on our website.
1.2 By purchasing an entry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United Kingdom, and that the payment details provided belong to you.
1.3 Once a payment is successfully processed, your entry into the specified draw is confirmed. You will receive an automated confirmation email containing your total number of entries.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Due to the nature of skill-based prize competitions, all digital entries are processed immediately upon purchase. Consequently, there is no statutory right to cancel your entry or receive a "cooling-off" period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once a purchase is completed.
2.2 All entry fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except under the specific circumstances outlined in Section 3.
2.3 Free entry routes are available for every draw. Choosing a paid entry route represents a definitive purchase that cannot be reversed or refunded after the ticket has been allocated.

Exceptional Circumstances and Cancellations by Us
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel or void any entries if we reasonably believe that a participant has breached our terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used automated scripts to enter. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
3.2 If a specific competition draw is cancelled by us prior to the draw taking place due to circumstances beyond our control, all paid entrants for that specific draw will be issued a full refund of their entry fee.
3.3 Refunds under Section 3.2 will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement. We are not liable for any bank fees or currency conversion differences incurred during the refund process.
